Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Emojiji, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

Emojiji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• • Distribute, sell, or transfer the app
• • Use the app for any illegal purposes

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Emojiji, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Rouslan Zenetl and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree to use Emojiji in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not attempt to:

• • Use automated tools or bots
• • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

Disclaimer of Warranties

Emojiji is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rouslan Zenetl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Emojiji.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Emojiji at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Emojiji immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
